Our personal trainer is a qualified fitness professional who has the knowledge and skills to create and deliver safe and effective exercise programmes that are tailored to help people achieve their personal fitness goals.

Working with our personal trainer, you can achieve your health and fitness goals sooner, through building an individualised programme and keeping you motivated every step of the way.  We will also monitor your progress using measurable data and adjust your goals as you progress, to provide a truly bespoke experience.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, manage a health condition, achieve fitness goals or improve your sporting performance our personal trainer will help you get the results you want.

If a 121 session is not for you then why not consider our option of buddying up with one or two others for a session. These are fun and  extremely popular.
