I am Philippa Capel and I have turned my passion with psychology into a career supporting people to recover from life events that have left them struggling with their mental health.

Therapy can provide a supportive environment for exploring emotions, improving relationships and developing skills to navigate life’s challenges.  I work with a wide range of evidence-based techniques and therapies to help my clients address psychological issues, improve mental well-being and develop the coping strategies.
