I qualified as a Personal trainer in 2015 and have been working towards my Yoga and healing qualifications since. Since qualifying as a Personal Trainer I worked for amazing fitness studios where I worked hard to assist others on their well being journeys, which has been profoundly fulfilling. Witnessing the positive changes, both physical and mental, in those I’ve guided brings a deep sense of accomplishment. It is not just about transforming bodies; it is about inspiring self-belief, fostering resilience, and contributing to the well being of others and ongoing healthy lifestyle changes. Helping individuals unlock their potential has become the cornerstone of my own fulfillment, creating a purposeful and enriching journey in the realm of fitness.
Becoming a mum back in 2018, has beautifully expanded my horizons, unveiling new interests and hobbies. As a family, including our furry loyal companion with a wagging tail, we love being outdoors and staying active. We love to travel, creating memorable moments.
