We all know that exercise is good for you but do you know how good?  From boosting your mood to improving overall mental performance and even adding active years to your life, exercise is key. The health benefits of regular exercise and physical activity are hard to ignore. Everyone benefits from exercise, regardless of age, sex or physical ability.

Living in the UK the weather is not always on our side to exercise outdoors so using a gym is the easiest way to achieve this dedicated time. The flexible opening times allow you to work around other time commitments and our Personal trainer and buddy up sessions offer company whilst you work out. You don’t have to spend an hour or more, regular shorter trips are great too!

Our Gym provides you with access to a wide range of equipment. From cardiovascular machines like treadmills and static bikes to weightlifting equipment, we offer a variety of tools to help you work on different aspects of your fitness. This availability of equipment allows you to customise your workout routine based on your goals and preferences.

You can access REVIVAL Gym through membership, rehabilitation programmes, classes and personal training programmes. We do not charge a joining fee, but we do ask that everyone has an induction before the gym equipment can be used.

The Gym is open from 6am to 9pm Monday to Sunday.

You can use the Gym as many times as you wish during these times and being a Member means you have priority and discounted access to our classes and of course, access to our on site Personal Trainer.
