Alice Brooks-Davies

I am a Coventry University graduate.

After graduating I started rotating within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust which involved me working within a hospital and community experience, treating a variety of conditions and age groups. My most recent role has been with the Wyre Forest team at Ascenti as a senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Mentor for newly qualified Physiotherapists.

Both of which have been in conjunction with owning my own Sports Massage business. I now look forward to joining the innovate and thriving practice of Revival Health & Wellbeing Centre.

Through my background in competitive sport I am a great advocate of physical activity and the important of combining movement and exercise within my treatment to offer long term improvements.

I offer an evidence based approach to my treatment and combine this with continual reflection to enhance my practice to offer my patient’s the best treatment possible. My dedication and motivation as a Physiotherapist is driven by my patient’s individual goals and their levels of improvement, combining various treatments techniques in order to achieve their treatment goals, including manual therapy techniques, trigger point release and exercise prescription.

Outside of work, I enjoy walking my labradoodle, playing golf and play rugby for Kidderminster Carrolians RFC.

I am a member of the Health and Care Progressions Council (HCPC) as well as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

”When I started having Physiotherapy with Alice I was at a very low point in my recovery from Knee replacement surgery. With her sympathetic but firm approach she has given me the help and confidence I needed to make positive progress with my recovery. It was a great help that initially Alice was able to visit me at home.”

“Now I am able to go for treatment at the excellent, well equipped and welcoming new premises at Inkberrow. – PW”
