Neurological Physiotherapy
This is a specialist area of Physiotherapy focused on treating individuals with neurological conditions affecting the brain, spinal cord and nerves.
A Neurological Physiotherapist helps to rehabilitate patients to regain movement, improve function and increase independence.
Following a thorough assessment, a treatment plan will be put together based on the condition and the patients goals. The treatment focuses on retraining the brain and nervous system through repetition, feedback and specific exercises.
