I am a Coventry University graduate and now a member of the Health and Care Progressions Council (HCPC) as well as the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).
After graduating, I started rotating within Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health and Care Trust which involved me working within a hospital and community experience, treating a variety of conditions and age groups. My most recent role has been with the Wyre Forest Team at Ascenti as a Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Mentor for newly qualified Physiotherapists. Both of which have been in conjunction with owning my own Sports Massage business. I am now also proud to be part of the Clinical Team at Revival as a MSK Physiotherapist, Lymphatic Drainage Masseuse and a Pregnancy Masseuse.
I have recently completed a Foundation Qualification in Acupuncture and Dry Needling, enabling me to effectively treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, as well as patients suffering from headaches and migraines.
Through my background in competitive sport, I am a great advocate of physical activity and the important of combining movement and exercise within my treatment to offer long term improvements. My dedication and motivation as a Physiotherapist is driven by my patient’s individual goals and their levels of improvement, combining various treatments techniques in order to achieve their treatment goals, including manual therapy techniques, trigger point release and exercise prescription.
Outside of work, I enjoy walking my dogs, playing golf and playing rugby for Kidderminster Carrolians RFC.
