The Hearing People provide NHS hearing care at local community clinics, helping patients access expert support close to home. If you’re finding it harder to follow conversations, turning the TV up louder than usual, or asking people to repeat themselves, a hearing check can help you understand your hearing and what support may be available.

NHS hearing care may include a full hearing check, NHS-funded hearing aids, fitting and programming, free aftercare, repairs, maintenance and replacement batteries. Ear wax removal is also available at selected clinics. This is a separate service and fees apply.  Appointments are available in Bromsgrove, Henwick, Hereford, Inkberrow, Malvern and Worcester.

You don’t need a referral from your GP. If you’re aged 50 or over and registered with a GP in the NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire area, you’re eligible.
