Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese adapted martial art that involves slow, gentle, relaxed movements. It holds many health benefits including improved balance, flexibility, relaxation and mental clarity.  It can also help with preventing falls in older adults, increasing mobility in patients with chronic conditions and enhancing physical and mental health in individuals of all ages.

Our Tai Chi sessions are led by Andrew Lowe (MSc BSc), a fully qualified Tai Chi Instructor and Registered Nurse, who has over 30 years of nursing experience.

Andrew seamlessly integrates his professional knowledge of anatomy and physiology with his expertise in Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi to provide a unique and rejuvenating experience.

The classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and can be done either standing or sitting on a chair.

Andrew runs a Tai Chi class on Thursday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm in our private Revival Studio.

There is also an option to book 30 or 45 minute 1-2-1 sessions.

Come and experience the benefits of Tai Chi in a supportive and welcoming environment!

Bookings are to be made with Andrew directly (details can be found at the bottom of the page).
